Cerebral Blood Flow

Cerebral Blood Flow

For anyone having trouble finding publications correlating qEEG with Cerebral Blood Flow. There are several studies that correlated EEG, EPs and blood flow and that are Correlations between rCBF and EEG that are published in the two books mentioned below:

Thatcher, R.W., Hallet, M., Zeffiro, T., John, E.R. and Huerta, M., Editors. Functional Neuroimaging: Technical Foundations, New York, Academic Press, 1994.
Thatcher, R.W., Lyon, G.R., Rumsey, J. and Krasnegor, N. Editors. Developmental Neuroimaging: Mapping the Development of Brain and Behavior, Academic Press, Florida, 1996.

I also published the results of one study conducted at NIH in Thatcher, R.W. Tomographic EEG/MEG. Journal of Neuroimaging, 5:35-45, 1995. Using source localization, we co-registered dipoles within 3 mm of the region of greatest blood flow in the contralateral motor cortex during a finger movement task.
